Privacy Policy — Beautiful Bhaluka

This privacy policy applies to the Beautiful Bhaluka app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by DevsVally (the "Service Provider") as a free, ad‑supported service. The Application is provided "AS IS".

Information We Collect

The Application does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or files.

The following information is collected automatically when you use the Application:

  • Device and advertising identifiers – including the Google Advertising ID (AAID) and your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address.
  • App activity – the pages of the Application you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent in the Application.
  • Device and diagnostic information – your device model, operating system version, crash logs and performance diagnostics.
  • Approximate location – Google AdMob may use your IP address to estimate a coarse, city‑level location for delivering and measuring ads and for fraud prevention.

The Application does not request location permissions and does not access your device's GPS or precise location. Any location information is limited to the approximate area derived from your IP address by our advertising partner, as described in the Advertising section below.

Advertising

The Application displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, AdMob collects and processes device identifiers (including the Google Advertising ID), IP address, approximate (IP‑based) location, and information about your interaction with ads and with the Application. This information is shared with Google as an independent third party.

You can limit ad personalisation at any time from your device: Settings → Google → Ads, where you may reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation.

Web Content

The Application displays content from beautifulbhaluka.com and may open third‑party websites you choose to visit. Those websites are governed by their own privacy policies, and the Service Provider is not responsible for their practices.

Downloads and Storage

If you choose to download a file through the Application, that file is saved to the storage of your own device. Downloaded files are not uploaded to or accessed by the Service Provider.

Notifications

The Application may request permission to send you notifications about news and updates. You may disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

How the Information Is Used

  • To display and measure advertisements, which fund the Application.
  • To understand how the Application is used and to improve it.
  • To detect, diagnose and fix crashes and technical problems.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse and to keep the service secure.

Sharing With Third Parties

The Service Provider shares device identifiers, approximate (IP‑based) location and app‑interaction data with Google AdMob for advertising purposes, as described above. The Service Provider does not sell your personal information.

The Service Provider may also disclose information:

  • as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
  • when there is a good‑faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect legal rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

Data Security

All data collected by the Application is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). The Service Provider maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes.

Data Retention

Automatically collected data is retained only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above.

Data Deletion Request

You may request deletion of data associated with your device by emailing sabbirvc80@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and including your Google Advertising ID. Requests are answered within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days.

You can also stop all further collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process on your device or through the app marketplace.

Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact sabbirvc80@gmail.com so that it can be removed. In some countries you must be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personal information, or have a parent or guardian consent on your behalf.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Application after a change is deemed acceptance of the updated policy.
